So far, so good with the meal planning! In case you missed last week, I'm trying something new by sharing our weekly menus. Last week went really smoothly and every meal but one was completed! Hopefully, I will continue this. I'm thankful for everyone who has offered their tips and ideas for meals, too. Keep 'em coming!
I try to vary our protein source each day. This week we are having more chicken than usual. We recently bought some on sale and it seemed like every inspiration recipe I found included poultry. Next week I'll try to keep things mixed up a bit more. Nothing against chicken, we just like variety.
